Bruce Cheadle - Deepening Your Prayer Life:
Do you love God, but grow weary in prayer?  Do you want more intimacy with Him and more joy in His presence?  This seminar will will help you answer these questions. Bruce Cheadle is a founding member of the Great Lakes Regional Synod Prayer Ministry Team.  He is a member and director of Prayer Ministry at Crossroads Bible Church.  After a lifetime as an entrepreneur employing over 400 people, God has increasingly shown him the joy of fellowship with the living God through a life of prayer and called him to serve as an encourager to individuals and churches in this area.  He also serves as immediate past chairman of Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and is on the Boards of several Mission agencies.

Ted Kallman - Listening & Healing Prayer:
Does God speak to us today?  Do you hear Him when He speaks?  How do we hear from the Lord? This is one area that Christians have trouble with today.  Amid the clatter of all the things we are bombarded with today, it is easy to miss God’s voice. Learn about God's desire for our wellness and wholeness. Ted Kallman, lay leader for prayer at Mars Hill Bible Church in Grandville will help sort out all the confusion and teach how to listen for God’s voice.  God really does want us to listen to His voice today.

Kathleen Trock - Teaching Children to Love to Pray:
Children can experience God in their lives at a young age.  In this workshop, you will  explore the historical and current place/role of children in Our Father's House of Prayer and learn how to lead children in discovering God's voice. Learn how to lead them to listen for God and the Holy Spirit's voice. Kathleen Trock has worked with children for 20+ years, and leads an international ministry to children called "Pebbles and Stones".   She has led children's workshops around the world to train leaders in working with children.

Rich Applebee- Prayer and Fasting:
Since Old Testament times, fasting has been part of the life that is wholly devoted to God and is seeking a deeper walk with Him. Today, too, it needs to be part of our lives if we want all that God has for us. Rich Applebee has walked extensively on this path and will share his heart with you.

Jonathan Brownson- Becoming a House of Prayer:
The teacher will be focusing on building prayer ministries into the DNA of a local church.  Does your church believe in the power and necessity of prayer?   Do you have an active Prayer Ministry? Did you have a Prayer Ministry and then it fizzled after a while?  Come out and be refreshed and encouraged. Rev. Dr. Jonathan Brownson is a member of the Regional Synod of the Great Lakes Prayer Ministry/Mobilization Team; has been a key partner in many Prayer Conferences; has pastored five churches and is presently Pastor of Prayer for the RCA.

Sherwin Weener - Establishing a Prayer Shield for Pastors (AM only):
Is anyone praying intentionally for your pastor and church leaders?  The enemy stalks and targets all who live godly lives.  He is especially interested in leaders.  "Strike the shepherd and the sheep will scatter."  Every church and leader needs shield bearers. Sherwin Weener is a lifetime pastor with a real pastor's heart and a heart for prayer. Sherwin recently retired from the position as Executive Minister of the Regional Synod of the Great Lakes, Reformed Church in America.
