Testimony to Answered Prayer
A friend of Bruce's, Larry Z. shares ..... In September of 2007 our 27 year old son suffered injuries from a motorcycle accident. As his mother and I arrived at the hospital the night he was brought in, we had already begun praying that his life would be spared and injuries would not be life threatening. Others were contacted and joined us with their prayers. The first x-rays indicated a broken clavicle and a lower back fracture. Later, in the middle of the night, the word came of a broken neck. I asked to see the xrays and was shown a dark line across a spinal neck bone which indicated it was fractured. More prayer was offered up for this new problem and that there would be no paralysis and quick healing. God answered this prayer! Later that day, a full body cat scan was done and the line on the neck that was there on the e-room X-ray was missing! Gone. History. Yes, there were back and clavicle injuries but not life threatening. I believe our Lord God took this neck problem and fixed it on the spot, because we asked Him to. Healing continued over the next several weeks and now in December he has received full healing from the One that made him. Miracles do happen when God's faithful people pray with belief. Praise Him from Whom all blessings flow!
A friend of mine had cataracts on both eyes & beginning Glaucoma (elevated pressure in the eyes) that can lead to blindness. His doctors were afraid they might not be able to operate on the cataracts because of the internal pressure.
At a recent Prayer Fire Conference, a team of two of us laid our hands on him, anointed him and prayed for healing. In visioning his healing, we specifically prayed “Abba, when he goes for cataract surgery, may the Doctors say “”what happened to the pressure in your eyes””?
When he went for surgery this week, the doctor said “my, I can’t believe that your medicine would lower the pressure in your eyes that much! I’ve never seen that. The cataract surgery will not be a problem”. My friend said “I was healed”.
We serve a great & good God, who wants us to ask expectantly!
“Oh Lord, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and I wait in expectation.” Ps. 5:3
